Interesting sermon Fr. Darren. I wonder about Mark 1:4, "John appeared, baptizing in the wilderness and proclaiming a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins." I've often heard that John's baptism was not for the "remission (forgiveness) of sins." But, this scripture seems to fly in the face of that. I'd be interested to hear your thoughts.
